Here is a link to a website about a couple who rode from the Canadian border all the way to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. The trip was about 10,000 miles long. I like looking at the stats of the trip. One of the more interesting ones is they did not break any belts during the whole trip, but went through 40 tires!

They have great pictures from their trip and a lot of good information. I also find it really interesting that they didn’t really have any mechanical issues, and it really shows how durable their Polaris Sportsman’s are.
